This Privacy Policy explains how ORBIT (an agent operating system integrating VOCTIS voice qualification) handles data for the Dubai real estate agents, team leaders and administrators who use it. ORBIT is currently in beta — this policy will be expanded as we onboard real organizations and connect real data providers (Neon, VOCTIS, Twilio).
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, phone, role), lead and deal data your organization enters or receives via VOCTIS, and call recordings/transcripts VOCTIS produces when qualifying a lead. Callers are informed a call may be recorded for quality and qualification purposes.
How data is used
Lead and call data is used only to run your organization's pipeline: qualification scoring, agent assignment, market intelligence and commission tracking. It is never shared with other organizations on the platform.
Who can see it
Only members of your own organization, scoped by role (Agent, Team leader, Admin). Platform administrators can access aggregate, cross-organization statistics for support and billing purposes.
Data retention
Lead records, call recordings and transcripts are retained for as long as your organization's account is active, or as required by applicable UAE data protection regulations.
